Finance & Stewardship Committee
The Finance & Stewardship Committee is responsible for providing advice and assistance
in financial matters to the Ministry Council, by initiating and reviewing the annual

Property & Maintenance
A Property Manager is appointed annually by Vestry. This individual is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the church property and buildings, and the rectory. St James’ is very proud of its historic old church and our charming grounds, and, typical of an old facility, there are always any number of projects, big and small to be done. Health & Safety Committee
This area is responsible for matters dealing with the health and safety of our staff, congregation and premises. A warden and staff representative are our health and safety representatives.

Two individuals are elected by Vestry annually to review the financial operations of the Parish and report to Vestry at our Annual Meeting when the financial statements are presented.
